The goal is to familiarise Polish startups with foreign local ecosystems and give them an opportunity to increase their chances of getting international funding and/or clients.

Polish Tech Day 2023 is a paid programme for startups looking for international contacts and investors. During the programme, participants will have access to:

  • 3 networking events in Paris (23.03.2023), London (27.04.2023), and Warsaw (22.06.2023), where they will have the opportunity to pitch in front of investors and other participants, and establish potential partner and investment contacts;

  • Workshops aimed at helping them to acquaint themselves with the investment markets in Paris and/or London;

  • Mandatory pitching workshops and feedback sessions before and after events in Paris and London;

  • A dedicated mentor for Paris and for London - 1 online session and in-person meeting during the conference;

  • Network of experts cooperating with the Polish Tech Day;

  • Promotion in Polish Tech Day marketing materials, including posts on Social Media and newsletter. Formats may include videos, pictures, descriptions, and tags;

  • Lifetime access to the private Slack channel with the Polish Tech Day team and other founders to share knowledge and grow their professional network.

Selection for the programme will be done by our experts based on alignance with our focus sectors and a 15-minute screening interview, during which we will ask you to do a 1-minute pitch of your startup. 

The cost of the programme is €400.

Participate in the events

Polish Tech Day 2023 Programme Kick-Off
Warsaw, January 23rd 

  • Get access to our local Polish ecosystem in Warsaw,

  • Gain visibility,

  • Present your startup to a network of our partners, other founders, business experts and investors,

  • Get recordings of your pitch for training and promotional purposes.

Paris, March 23rd & London, April 27th

4 weeks before the event:

  • Get a dedicated mentor and gain access to the slack community of founders,

  • Discover your individual needs through 1-on-1 calls with your mentor,

  • Access tailored online workshops, prepare your pitch and meet the investors for the first time during the Q&A to the investors' time,

  • Participate in a workshop on how to enter the French/UK market(s), improve your pitch, get feedback about your pitch, answer challenging questions from investors. There also will be a session on one of the most upvoted topics: legal, marketing, branding, pitching workshops, voice training, investment pitch deck design & structure.

During the event:

  • Meet your potential investors and get direct feedback behind closed doors,

  • Pitch in a competitive mode to qualify to pitch in the main event in Warsaw,

  • Exhibit your booth in the designated expo area,

  • Promote your product to potential international clients,

  • Meet your potential partners in person,

  • Gain visibility within the local ecosystem,

  • Share your expertise during on-stage panels and theme sessions.

Warsaw Main Event, June 21st

Before the event:

  • The top 6 startups from the sister events in Paris & London (3 for each) will earn the spot to pitch in the final Warsaw event.

  • The winners get up to 5 hours of pitch practice with our network of experts.

During the event:

  • Pitch to both International and Polish investors,

  • Showcase your product and make yourself visible to our vast Polish business network,

  • Share your expertise during on-stage talks,

  • Win awards from our partners and sponsors.

After the event:

  • Participate in the award gala and networking.

In Warsaw, we will have winners in these 2 categories:

  • Selected by investors,

  • Selected by the community.
