Polish Tech Day welcomes partner posts on its social media channels. We are lucky to have cooperated with various inspiring organizations that have their content published on our platforms.

Partner posts requirement 

Are you a partner and would like to collaborate and see your content on our channels? Great! However, first, some requirements must be met.

Social media

• We post partners’ content on our social media once a week on Wednesdays. Please send your enquiry at least a week before the date you want it to be published. However, we cannot guarantee an immediate publication as it is dependent on our social media posting calendar and obligations to the rest of our partners. 

• For the post to be published, send all the needed information along with your enquiry:

• an informative yet brief copy (or suggested copy) in English, 

• a graphic or a video, 

• a link where more details can be found. 

Newsletter

• We send our newsletter twice a month. There is a dedicated section for the partners and sponsors. Please send your enquiry by the 15th of the month at the latest. However, we cannot guarantee an immediate publication in the next newsletter as it is dependent on our content calendar and obligations to the rest of our partners. 

• For the information to be put in the newsletter, send all the needed information along with your enquiry:

• a brief description of the organisation/company (who are you, what you do) & the event (if that’s the case)

• a brief description of why your company is cooperating with Polish Tech Day (shared values, communities etc.),

• a logo,

• a link to the official website or event page (if that’s the case).

We reserve the right to postpone the publication date one time if needed promotional materials have not been delivered and cancel the publication if they are still missing after two reminders.
